Primary audience is early-stage B2B founders and growth leaders who need to hire a growth agency but don't have a trusted network of referrals. We're starting with YC-grad and accelerator-backed startups, plus recently-funded Series A and Series B B2B companies. Agencies join to be discovered by these buyers.
Agencies submit per-engagement data using a standardized template. We verify the data against primary sources: platform exports from HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Apollo, Outreach, and similar. The verification rigor depends on the tier. Tier 1 is a spot check. Tier 2 is full primary-source verification. Tier 3 adds ongoing monthly verification and optional client confirmation. We re-audit a random sample at every tier.
Verified means we have confirmed the submitted data against primary platform sources at least once. Audited means we do that confirmation on an ongoing monthly basis and include optional client confirmation per claim. Audited is reserved for our highest tier with appropriate disclaimers, since 'audit' carries regulatory weight in other contexts.
By default yes, until a buyer requests an intro. Public profiles show category, verification tier, audited engagement count, client coverage profile, and primary outcome metrics, with the agency name obscured as 'Agency #237' or similar. Verified and Audited tier agencies can optionally make their name public earlier. Identity is always revealed at intro request.
Overlap is computed across five dimensions: industry match, ARR band proximity, growth stage match, GTM motion match, and stack overlap. Each agency's audited engagements are scored against the buyer's submitted profile. Top-fit agencies are ranked by performance × overlap. As the dataset grows we refine the weighting based on which dimensions actually predict engagement success.
For buyers, the free tier includes basic search, your top 3 matches anonymously, and one intro request per month. Premium access is $500 to $1,500 per year for full database access and unlimited intros. For agencies, tiers start at $1,500 per year (spot-checked), with verified at $5,000 per year and audited at $10,000 to $15,000 per year. Founder cohort agencies get 50% off Year 1.
